Our goal is to provide a home away from home for your pet. While your pet is at Cimarron Animal Hospital, please note the following procedures are followed:

1. Pets may be dropped off for boarding anytime during regular business hours.
2. Pets may also be picked up anytime during regular business hours. It is advisable to pick up longhaired pets later in the afternoon as they take longer to dry after bathing.
3. There are no admissions or pick ups on Sundays or holidays.
4. All boarders are fed Eukanuba premium pet food unless their owner provides a special diet. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily.
5. Dogs are leash walked a minimum of three times daily, including weekends.
6. All dogs must have proof of current distemper-parvo, bordatella (Kennel cough) and rabies vaccinations upon admission. If a boarder is overdue on vaccinations, the vaccinations will be administered at the owner's expense.
7. We reserve the right to refuse admission of any pet that the veterinarian feels may have a contagious disease.
8. If your pet gets ill we will attempt to contact you.
